- I'd love to get back into running regularly as I was doing early last year, provided my shin pain is fully gone.
- Limit alcohol consumption to 2 days / week
- Spend less time on my phone: screen time below 1 hour a day on average.
- Limit caffeine consumption: no coffee after lunch
- Publish 20 podcast episodes
